Drivers Door power window repair

I hit the button to raise the window on my driver side door. The window went all the way up ok, but as it hit the top, I heard a 'pop' or 'snap'. Now the window doesn't work at all.. obviously, I need to pull off the panel to see what's up. Seems like a straight forward task - but my first road block - What's the trick to unplugging the switches without destroying them? I found a nice video showing how to replace the motor, but when it gets to the switches, it just says " unplug 'em" ... help ! I've done ever search I can think of.

Hi,
Small flat blade screw driver to depress release tabs on switches. Study the tab to see how it releases. Good idea to go to Pic Pull Part and practice on a Astro door panel in the yard.
