Spindles create a 3" wider trackwidth so I have 1.5" wheel spacers on each side in back to even things out. It's wide and very tall!

It's changing on a daily basis. There is still a lot of work to do and a lot more goodies to be installed. I will update pix as I go!

UPDATE, OCT. 12, 2008
Bumper fascia, fender trim and grille gaurd installed. Still need to do some work on the gaurd to make it look like it belongs on there. I had to do a lot of trimming on both the bumper fascia and the plastic fender trim piece near the doors. And of course major cutting into the wheel wells, pix of which can be found in my other topics somewhere.

Now if I could only afford some offroad lights!

I'm still experimenting with the spare tire.....

Where did you buy the bumper? If you dont mind me asking?

From stock height to 2" lift with stock wheels to P235/75/15 BFG Winter tires to LT235/75/15 Toyos: http://techez.ca/awc/pictures/GMC/

Then to 4-5" lift

And for fun if you have not done the 4-light mod do it :)

I now currently running KC HiLites and converted the driving lights to HID. The following is before the HID convert so you can imagine the brightness now heh he: http://techez.ca/awc/pictures/GMC/kchilities/

Are those the bright blue lights I feel like smashing out, everything a car with them approaches me?

Some people do that and it is bad :(
My HIDs are used for off-roading and occasional city driving. They are Hella ballast w/ Philips 4300K 35W bulbs = white light (Porsche white light, not the 5000-6000K of BMW / Acura). They are quite bright but the KC HiLites are good enough for city driving.

are you hids on both low and high beam? Like are you using a 4 ballast setup, one for each low and high beam,or just 2 one for each side? Van looks great btw

When did our vans come with 235/75 15 as a stock tire size?

They did not ...
The photos show from stock size TO 235/75/15 :)

One Ballast per side and for lo-beams only. The hi-beams are still on the Toshiba HIRs.

OK, I got ya. Very nice. Looks good. The larger tires are needed to fill out the wheel wells.
