I did a DIY mandrel job. Have 2.25 stainless into a single 3 inch with magnaflow cat and flowmaster 70 series. Orginally I had a Borla mufler, but it was way too loud. Even the flowmaster is a little loud under load. The pictures of the system with the Borla. I'm actaully thinking of re-working it this spring with duals.

This might look a lot like Todd’s exhaust. That's because he copied me!! [-X
Actually I'm glad to see Todd got some good exhaust under his van finally.
I got the shop to put a stock Chevy "SS" tail pipe on. I used a 60 series Flow master muffler to keep things to a dull roar.
A 3" high flow cat keeps "Air Care" happy and the environment. \:D/

stock manifolds going into a grease covered y-pipe, into a stock convertor with a 3 inch rust hole covered with duct tape, into rusted flex pipe hung with baling wire, into a rusty no name muffler, more flex pipe all the way to the back and turning out on the passenger side all custom installed by the previous owner...

was going to have the shop down the road that has done 4 of my other vehicles work his magic on it, but he shut his shop down and is moving to tn...so i guess i'll be looking around for something i will like...

4.3L V6 ... still need to change out my throttle :p
Muffler: DynoMax 17669 Inlet/Internal/Outlet 3"
Cat: DynoMax wmc-15147 (Spec for 7.4L V8, Hi-Flow for my V6 hehe)
Pipe: Stock to Cat then 3" to muffler then tailpipe is the 2.25".
Would love to get headers for her.
