Re: HyperInflation... Anyone ???
Gary,
Thanks. I too am very much about the safety aspect of what I am doing.
TB,
I have read that site and what seems like a hundred others on this topic. I am/have done the legwork on this. Thank You for the link/thought.
Thanks Again Everyone, Jim
PS Everyone, I have researched and considered this very thoroughly. This is not something that Members should copy step for step. As I have said earlier... This is different for me based on my last set of tires vs this current set, as I am sure it will be different for anyone else.
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME.

Re: HyperInflation... Anyone ???
TB,
I would say that yes, Yesterday, inflated to 48 psi cold my grip was less than optimal. I would further add that, this morning inflated to 46 psi cold was just about perfect. I will wait for warmer weather before I finalize my cold psi for this tire/load combo.
Jim
PS It was cold & rainy this morning.

Well, After what seems like A Month of Sundays...
I have arrived at, what I feel, is a good cold pressure.
46 Psi.
Take Care All, Jim

Re: HyperInflation... Anyone ???
I performed my first 5,000 mile maintenance 5 tire rotation on my HyperInflated tires...
The tire wear looks good.
See you in another 5,000 miles
LOLz, Jim
