If that e-bay cooler line is the one leaking I would buy it. It's cheap enough to not worry about a rubber line sliding off while driving down the highway. I too have had that happen and blown out all the fluid. If you can find the other line, I would replace both while you are under there as the other one will be just as rusty.

I guess my question still is how hard to replace? Is it pretty easy to route them?

The rubber bits are flexible so it can't be that hard. Even aluminum can be forgiving if coaxed ;)
