Hey Crawler where did you get your grille guard and how did you mount it. It looks sweet in the pics.

seal up some other components to wade through the deep stuff but I ain't skeerd! I'll post some pics when I figure it all out. :-k

I used an airfilter from a late 80's full size van and have the snorkel going on top of the rad the support when I did the V8 swap. JFYI the 95 Astro Safari vans have their snorkel on top of the rad support also. The only year they did it that way.

95 Astro 2WD, 2" subframe blocks, Overlands 3" HD coils, Overlands 3" shackles, custom 2" axle blocks/traction bars, extra leaf in rear. 31" tires, stock Chevy rims

Was when I sold it, guy relisted it on craigslist only 6 months later, who knows what happened to it.

Thanks Zam, I have some more trimming to do in the rear to make it match the front better. Took 4 years of dreaming of a lifted van to get this far. I have way more time than money but my fabrication skills are improving!
