Noise is gone!

Checked axle bearings - good.

Checked backlash - good.

Checked pinion bearing - not good! Found the problem. the bearings were scored and looked like they had a million miles on them. Oil in the diff was good though.

When I installed them last time, I must have damaged them or else they were defective. I will have to get ahold of Yukon to see if they are a warranty item. Installed new AAM gears with new pinion bearings, crush sleeve and seal and all is well again! I did not get any pics as we were hurrying to get it done.
