How much would you pay - How much is she worth?

Post by raSafari »

The time has come. Our trusty van, the "RaSafari", is going up on the auction block.

A little piece of my soul just died writing that sentence.

I've got KBB, a few friends and some general google searches providing me with opinions of what she is worth, but I feel the population on this forum would know best.

Here are the details:

I’m selling a 2004 GMC Safari AWD van that has taken me to the edge of the world and back. I love this van, and I think you will too. It has a lot of life left if taken care of appropriately.

You have turned it into a kinda niche vehicle with your mods, if you found the right buyer you might get as high as $5500 but we know that is quite often not the case when selling these types of vehicles I'd say more around $4000, but this is only a guestimate it's hard not actually seeing the van, so my ball park figure is 4k-5.5k but I hope you get 10k for it :supz: let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your opinion! I'm thinking about the same. I'm hoping for 6k, minimum. I think being in Oregon I can probably garner some interest, as everyone seems to be looking for AWD/4x4 vans. I'll update here with the results.

Anyone else?
