Photobucket / browser work-around ....

Post by Snowgeek »

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this so feel free to move it or delete it as needed.

Most of us have have been hosed by the photobucket 3rd party hosting issues. While I intend to actually fix my build thread some day I have found that there is a work around. Scripts have been written to add-on to firefox and chrome that allow the browser to see all the pictures like normal. I have the firefox add-on going right now and so far so good on all forums.

Photobucket will keep working to shut these down so most likely they will require regular updates.

Here is the Firefox add-on that I have running on my machine:

I have yet to find a solution for my phone but hopefully one will come out at some point.

Hope this helps and I would love other solutions if anyone has them both for best ways to fix my posts and to browse other forums.
