"Early/Late" '98 differences

I have seen references in the GM wiring diagram for my '98 Astro, which seem to refer to 'Early' and 'Late' versions.
Mine is a March '98 version (3/98 production) according to the door sticker, so I would assume that is the later version, but I have not seen anything that defines where the break happens, nor what systems may be impacted, besides a couple of minor wiring changes.
Anybody care to comment on this or any other apparent mid-year change?
