How do I open the brake line clips?

How do I open the brake line clips?

Hi, without breaking them, how do I open these guys, I have not unlocked the code.

Turns out they are just a PITA to open, and I need to pry open the end without the hinge which I believe is the top in this pic, will take another stab later. Thanks
