I bought my van back in March and have been slowly piecing it together since.

Here is the lift -
http://astrosafarivans.org/bb2/viewtopi ... 48&t=10569 I have bought insulation and Noico sound deadener with a plan to gut the interior this weekend in hopes to have it all insulated and subfloor in by Sunday. We'll see... Any tips / tricks to this?

I am also looking at the best options for a passenger swivel seat. I have read just about every thread out there on the best way to do this and think I will build my own, as I do not like the idea of a "universal" seat base.

The build will be very similar to this one (thanks JJ!). I've had a few campers in the past and although I didn't love my VW Vanagon Westy for a ton of reasons, I did love the interior setup and use of space. I will be attempting a similar floor plan here, with the Astro.

I was able to get the interior stripped out, sound deadening in, ceiling insulation up and flooring insulation down. Still a lot to do - including wall insulation.

That is a great start!
I have been meaning to find out what is under that raised bump under the driver seat, and your picture shows something with a yellow plug. What is that device? Some sort of a computer?
