barn door to dutch door swap-anyone done it?

I have a 89 Astro and a 94 astro I wish to swap the barn doors with the dutch doors but would like to ask a few questions about the swap so if anyone here has done this let me know and answer a few questions for me please. Thanks Mark

There’s a topic about it somewhere if you search. All I remember is that it didn’t seem worth it .
