81 GMC Vandura PCV Grommet

Hi
I am trying to find a PCV grommet for a 1981 GMC Vandua IL6 250CI. I find a few different ones on the Internet bu not sure which is the proper one, different sizes and one on a slight angle. The original one has disintegrated so I have no idea what it looked like. If anyone has a part number or photo of what it should look like I would really appreciate it.
