Best stuff ive found for basements, roofs and floors.

500sf garage costs about $600.00 in materials and will last for life. Wont lift from heat like crappy epoxy paints from home depot. This price includes filling the expansion joints 100% so the garage is smooth. I got the idea from Olympic swimming pools many years ago. They use this product so if the pool cracks it wont leak. The Permaflex stretches with the crack since its rubber. Im about to do my new garage so thought id share some of my product knowledge.
