whats everyone running for listening enjoyment?thought on the porducts?

heres my set up.not real extravagant, but rocks hard for the amount of money i have in it.

deck- alpine cda-9857,set up with sirius, full speed i-pod connection etc etc.just got, love it so far.

amp/s- sub,alpine mrp-650.mono.really pushes the sub well.
components-fosgate p8004. 4 channel.kicks butt.

sub woofer- alpine type-r 10 inch,in ported box.fires down on pedestals.top doubles as center console.holy cow!

speakers- front,alpine type-r 6.5 coaxils.crisp and clear.
rear,boston 6x9 in cheapy boxes.sounds good,hate the look.

power cable/cap- tsunami 4 gauge to 1.2 farad cap with built in digital volt meter.i bought the whole tsunami kit a sit seemed the best value.came with reall nice battery lugs and under hood fuse holder/volt meter.

overall im super pleased especially since the last time i did a real system was about 8 or 9 years ago.the stuff is way better now.

the single 10" sub i have now would destroy the dual 15"s i had back then.[/url]

Nothing in the 'Stro, for now. The plans for it are 4 to 6 18" Fi Audio BTL subwoofers, fully optioned out, with a minimum of 2,000 watts on each one. Most of the other stuff will be out of the Beretta.

The Beretta currently has:

JVC kd-avx1 headunit
4 - 12" Audiobahn DUB-1200 dual voice coil subs.
1 - Hifonics BX-1500d amplifier
1 - Hifonics BX-2000d amplifier
1 - Logic Soundlab 800 watt 2 channel amplifier
2 - Matrix 6.5" 3 way speakers
1 - cheap $10 tweeters
1 - 7" dropdown monitor

Couldn't even break the 140 mark with this setup. Highest was 139.8dB @ 58Hz

Man, i can't stand the way modern head units look. Most of them look like they belong in space ships, not Astro vans!
I can't afford a space ship... #-o

The Astro is stock, with no plans of adding a system, it's my 2nd and doesn't get driven much, that and it's fallin apart...

But my Subaru 2.5RS has a full install...
This is the Directed 600d(now an 1100d) and the 4500 and cap, the changer is now missing because i haven't used it since i got a Mp3 head unit. I'll be re-doing that board this spring.
Image

Yeah, i still have a spare to...
Image

The Directed Studio 10"...
Image

And polk MOMO MM6.5 components in the door and kick panel....

Enjoy, Sorry it's not an astro...

Nothing on par with what you folks have!
JVC KD-G230 Audio Deck
Boston Acoustic S75 (6 1/2) and S65 (4x6) Speakers
- still have the subwoofers and amp to think about :D
