Looks like badass project front end flows real nice :supz: What hinge kit did you use for the front suicide door. I'm planning on doing this to mine in the winter.

wow. been a awhile since I posted in here. Still got the van in my shop. I shaved the slider door, and modified some wheel adapters to fit escalade rims. I'm going over the whole van doing bodywork now. Should have it in seal within the next few weeks. I have to fix a brake line, hook up the fuel cell, finish the sheet metal tubs in the rear and it's pretty much done. I'll try to get some pictures post up of the shaved slider. This van will be out rolling around this spring.

Sooooooo, this means you now have space for you and I to get together on Ole Yellar??We could work together on it ya know. :poke: :yawinkle: :muhaha: PM me about that.Got a now no rust Florida body and a like new no window slider which needs a handle delete to be welded to the side for a slider delete.Could get interesting.................

I don't think so without major mods.I saw in person this mod because Marten and I live in the same town.He extended the front end to get it to work. When you do the update to a later model Astro, those front ends are 6" longer. It involves the rad core support to do them.
