Just a place for quick little posts.

Had fun, yes fun, driving for several hours in Chciagoland's snow.

Pulled into an unplowed parking lot, had my daughter get in the drivers seat, then taught her how to do donuts, figure 8s and fishtails, then bring it back under control. She loved it, I think shes officially a hoon now.

Got stuck trying to back into my unplowed driveway, for the second time in three days. My wife really seems to like the fact that she has no problems with her Jeep and keeps pulling me free.

Stuck a battery in it..left it. Driving the '02 LT van just now...Will get back to the Astro after the holidays.

I spent 3 hours diggin out steph's van.
We were stuck 3 houses down from where my family lives.
We never made it there,so I dug it out & we went home.
The big secret to how we got the "all season" tire astro out is
cowpie shavings.Luckily there was a horse/cow field next to us,so I snuck some
poop/shavings & layed it down & the greasy goo got us out.

Went to work at Lowes driving the LT.Did stop to get some stuff so I could hang out here all day.All the snow melted off both vans today.Going to be in the 50's today.Yeah Roch weather-give it 15 mins.....

Started it up, drove it out from my carport, did some bodywork....

same as zam... started it, moved it back 10' .. cleared another 10" off, moved it ahead 10', shut'er down..

this has been the daily routine 4 out of the last 7 days. enough with the snow already, it's Christmas, it's white, move along!! ](*,)

drove to beamsville for christmas dinner check engine light came on (not surprised) headed home after dinner and playing with the dogs felt engine mis a couple times...... got home and pulled a P0304 dammit....... hadn't been running quiet right but still....... dammit

Washed my '99 Astro it and loaded up with all the junk my son left when he moved out back in October. Getting ready to head over to his "new" apartment to drop it off ! \:D/

Opened up dad's shop, flipped on the light, looked at the dusty, subframe-less van with the 5.3L sitting on the ground in front of it....

And wondered if my wife would work on it after she finished blowing the snow out of the driveway.... \:D/
