Shifting into OD fine, but I'm not getting the lockout in OD. I am getting a TCC error code on the check engine light once in a while but light goes out after a while.
Where is the TCC located? Do I need to drop the pan to access? I am due for a transmission oil change anyway.
Thanks,

The TCC is an integral part of the torque converter. It can not be serviced separately. The problem may be the TCC solenoid. It can be replaced when you do the fluid and filter.
