Well I have a new DD.... A Ford F350 Lariat. Diesel , Crew Cab , All the bells and whistles...... It's a company truck I got promoted to a management position which comes with a truck and phone and desk. Still got my van don't worry now I'll be able to give it more attention since I won't be driving it as much altho my GF will.

That's not a bad truck! (In fact, I'm looking for one about like that to replace my F-250 extended cab...)

I know! Leather, DVD, Nav, 6 disk changer, sirius sat radio, auto dimming rear view, Power EVERYTHING! and I mean EVERYTHING, mirrors ( including folding in and out and the telescoping feature is powered) Power rear window, power adjusting seats and peddles, back up radar , tailgate step and remote start.
The 6.4 Powerstroke is a monster. The sound of the turbo spinning up and the old school Detroit roar that resonates through out the cab when you put your foot in it is exhilarating to say the least. Thing sounds like a BB with straight pipes.
I honestly never ever saw myself liking a ford but holy crap it is a nice truck....
Thanks Gary I never saw myself in a management position this early in life but hey when someone offers you one and it's something you feel and know you can do you definitely don't say no.

Wow, congrats Pots!
My advice with Ford company trucks is to make sure you wear eye protection when driving; mine throws codes so often, you're bound to get one in your eye! Just kidding, its not that bad. It sure is quiet inside, thats for sure. And hauls my travel trailer thru the mountains nicely.
My company truck is the red '06 F150 Crew Cab 6ft bed, in my sig. I have the company truck, gas card, phone and no desk! Its not quite decked out like yours, though. Nice job.
Hey, did i miss the picture of your new rig?

Congrats. Too bad you don't get to modify company trucks. Those diesels can become monsters.

Yup!
Sorry peter but I didn't climb the ladder the smurf way.

I earned my title of operations manager all on my own with hard work and a willingness to go the extra mile. Now the trick is to keep it!
