Hi there!
I want to drop my van with spindles in front and flip kit in back...but 2 questions let me stall.

1-I already have 1.5" spacers on my vans. And i learn that some cheap spindles can break or crack if you run with different offset then stock rims.. I have stock rims but I have 1.5 spacers that i want to keep :-k .. do you guys think i will have trouble about fiability? Does any of you having drop spindles with spacers? and which make is the best quality?

2-How much inch i could lower the front of my vans if i use spindles only (stock susp.). and consider that i have spacers so my tires can hit the fenders (I want the lower it possible but safe because its my daily driver)..

This may give you an idea, even though I have flares, of the spindle drop and also runnning stock springs. Had shorter springs on after installing the dropped spindles but was much to low so went back to stock.
Not sure of your offset or spacer width so can't help you on clearence with a drop and spacers. I see now where you mentioned the 1.5 spacers but not sure of clearence when dropped and don't know of anyone running spacers on the front.

I am from quebec province in canada. And it's a nice forum to find info on our truck, i'm very happy to find this.

I'm trying to make my safari as low as possible with wider wheel (about 1" extended of the fender).. do you know wath i mean? now I have 1.5" spacers and it is not enought, I will lower the truck and after search for wheel with big offset... but i am affraid about the fiability of that, i dont know if spindles will be able to hang the big offset (spacer+futur wheel offset)

I would be afraid the tires will hit the fender lips with much more drop. This will be even more true when you find the larger offset wheels to make the tires stick out further. You need to leave enough room for the suspension to compress when hitting pot holes, speed bumps or loading the van up.

I agree,,think with the spacers you'll have issues. My tires clear but have no spacers and it's very close at the top but no rub.

Ok I see.. I think they will hit fender with my spacers if you are very close without them...but I can get out the front spacers and let the rear spacers in place. :-k

This is what i want to do :D :

I don't think you'll be able to run spacers on the rear either after installing a flip kit but if all else fails after putting the spindles and fip kit on, you can always sell the spacers.

you might be able to get away with spacers if you go to a lower profile tire, but that would throw your speedometer off, less rim protection on rough roads, and if you go to extremes, less load capacity due to lower load range...
