Remember that guy on the Southern Ontario farm who had the Hillbilly rollercoaster (on his Astro) ? Well seems like o'le Davey may be in a little trouble from a recent accident...http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Canada/2009 ... rid=MKTYLB
Word is finally out that he hauls in $15,000 a month from ad revenue thru YouTube! could that be the reason he and his minions try this crazy stuff? of course, just like I said earlier in another post...Its all about the money baby.

Hey, everyone has the right to be an idiot. This is old news around here as I live in the area of Dave's farm, and it has been at the centre of controversy since some people complained about the various vehicles he has on the farm. A by-law inspector and a bunch of Provincial police showed up to do an inspection (what a waste of tax payers money). Since then the whole thing has been in the local news.

I can't remember all I've forgotten about that....
Having watched it, while I hope the guy recovers, but performing such a stunt, in an RV, wearing no safety gear, what do you expect is going to happen?
Ever see what happens to an RV that rolls into a ditch? Not exactly the best constructed vehicles on the road. Jumping an old school bus would have been a better idea.
This guy had been temping fate with that RV for a while and people were dumb enough to get in it with him.
Aside from providing the venue, I really don't see how Dave is at any fault. People really need to take some responsibility for themselves.
In 2000 when I severely broke my leg at a privately owned skatepark there were many questioned asked about the park. Questions looking to pin blame on it and its insurance. I would only answer that the break was my fault, as the park was in perfect condition. Can't fault the venue.
I saw the vid weeks back, and yea he picked the wrong vehicle, who knows if that Dave dude will face any charges or not, this is Canada we're a weird nation with weirder people ruling it.
Well, if you only get 90 days for attacking a 15 year old girl with a baseball bat, I can't imagine the charges would amount to much
~from the article in the original post:
"Whitcroft, the stunt driver injured, is no stranger to controversy. He was convicted last year of assault after striking a 15-year-old girl in the back of the head with a baseball bat in St. Thomas. He pleaded guilty to assault, along with unrelated drug and theft charges, and was sentenced to 90 days behind bars."
