Ok so i struggled to do my water pump the other day and the old gaskets felt like jello (i had the red coolant in there that seemed to be mixed with green) i noticed that it looked like my head gaskets where oozing out from between the block and the head i poked it to see if it was just oil/grim or sealant that oozed out during a repair but it felt like putty and didn't come off like the grease/grim around it. I had forgotten about it so i didn't get a picture

My question is should i be worried about it or not...?

I wouldn't be worried unless you start over heating.
