Does anybody have a picture of there factory exhaust where it connects to the muffler? I have a gibson catback with a flange on the end,but my factory exhaust just has a piece of pipe clamped to the muffler.
Here is a pic of the gibson
Think i should just cut flange off gibson and clamp system on or get another piece of pipe with a flange and mount the exhaust that way?
I think they must have changed them in 1996 for OBD-2. My 98 had the mating flange but the 95 did not. I would get the Gibson in position and cut the stock pipe so you can clamp, or better yet, weld the pipes together.
You could always try to find the flange and weld it onto the stock after-cat pipe so you could remove the system easier if you wanted.
