Dilly,

Your interior lights don't work and your door locks are inoperative. Both of those circuits are operated by an orange power wire. I would suspect you have a fuse fault. You mention that the fuses seem fine ..... how did you determine this? Did they have power to them? Are they all there?

Reason I ask is the following story.
A co-worker brought a fairly new vehicle into the shop with a starting issue. It was determined the battery was no longer able to hold a charge. The battery was replaced. After this the vehicle would not crank, modules would not communicate with the scan tool & devices were not working on the vehicle. After he spent 6 hours poking around the vehicle, I finally was freed up enough to help him. Earlier in the day, he had told me the fuses were all OK. Turns out, the fuses were ok - just did not have any power on them. 5 min later I found the problem ... a loose fuse near the battery, knocked out when he installed the battery.

Just wanted to make the point of not overlooking the basics.

The fact that the relay makes noise means that one part of the circuit sounds like it is working. As an example, when a relay is used in a circuit you have to think of it as an amplifier - a small control signal in and a larger control signal out. Sounds like your control signal is working. You could have a problem with your large signal circuit.
