On the outside of the van I wanted Caddy lights to change the look of the van from the rear.

The van came with barn doors and I have not been a fan of them and I do not not like the rear hinges that come on Astro's. So what we did is cut the barn door in half threw away the top windows. Welded the bottom door shut removed the hinges welded a Sir Mike's roll pan on filled the lic plate hole and handle. Then we grafted a passenger Van rear window and welded up the holes on the rear window where the hinge hole were. Which gives a smooth look then we removed the third light and the roof rack.

The next thing we did was I'm alot older than most of you on the site and I have always been a fan of louvers. I talked Sir Mike into doing some Inverted Louvers for me on the hood.

I was told getting my beauty sleep was a waste of time.

Hey, looky here Darren. Another body guru, but he actually PAINTS a top coat on the truck. What a novel idea, huh? #-o

Great job, man. You've got some awesome ideas. Love the rear doors. Completely impractical, but then so are implants =D> =D>

Good Morning I hope that everyone does not think I'm force feeding this thing but this is work that has been done over time and I thought I would like to share what we have done.

When I got the Van I could not understand why they put this little plastic piece on the fender lip. We took the piece off made a metal one and fab it to the truck.

Here is the project as it sits today there are a few things I would like to do like smooth the roof and add a V8 before we do a repaint on the Van. I do not drive it very much I have had the Van for Ten years and only 15,000 miles but things do happen.
