I would love to weld in my tail light area and put 91 caddy taillights in the bumper. But how would I cut the bumper to weld in the buckets anyone have an idea?

You can use an oxy-acetylene torch, an angle grinder with a cut-off wheel, a plasma cutter or even a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade (the last one takes the longest, however)

Thank you but I am going to use the same idea in a steel roll pan. basically I am going to install the caddy taillights lying down, then put the 2" deep license plate in the center and cut two holes for the exhaust on each side of the box. I have not laid these ideas out and measured yet. I have side marker lights from an old dodge car and two back up lights from a Nissan Quest to keep my van legal.
