van stuck in awd?

I have a 2000 astro that seams to be stuck in awd ,now I have a clunk in front diferential from what i have read the stuck transfer case tore up the front dif.This all started after replacing a blown out rear tire,what do you think junk yard or rebuild?any input would be helpfull thank you.

Where are you located? I have an extra Tcase (2003) with only 55k on it from when I installed the 2 spd hi-lo tcase. Make me an offer.

Thanks anyway, the actuator was stuck in the on position, getting a new one. Will be on the road again soon.

Drain the front diff gear oil and look for metal filings just to make sure it isn't damaged. Don't forget to refill with 75-90 gear oil.
