Rubber Bump Stops - Part Number Help Please

Post by Ben_R »

Whilst under the van today I noticed that the rubber bump stops (if that is the correct name) at the rear of the van have dried out, cracked & split.

I have had a look at Rockauto for the parts but can't seem to find them. I know they must be there but I'm unsure what they will be listed under.

I have attached a picture I have found online from an EPC and circled the parts in red that I need to order, the van in question is a '96.

Thanks in advance :)

I just happen to have my bumpers off my 99 Astro right now, the number on the part itself is: 15152251
they are also yellow (just noticed that) Hope that number works for you~

I'm not looking to carry much weight but I guess the upgrade will help with the drivability of the van
I did post a reply :)

I have found the ones in the link, are they correct as they look a little different? http://www.timbren.com/timbren-applicat ... MRASTB.pdf

WOW! Resurrecting a decade old thread.

Got under my van and the rear bump stops are all but gone. Dealer wants $110......Lordco a bit better at $90 each. Anyone have an alternative?
Do Gm truck ones work? Amazon has them for $40 for a pair. No wreckers around here have any vans to pick from.
