Quest for another 2 speed w/AWD transfer case

Another one that I think I ran across for those looking for a manual shift, was the NV 242hd out of the H2 Hummer. I think bolts up to a 4L60e and has the VSS, but lacks 2WD. Knowing what I know now, I don't think the 2wd and S10 front disconnect has done anything to improve my mileage.

I never saw any mileage increase running in 2WD. Probably because I was spinning the rear tires more…on purpose! :D
