1998 Safari Van

My 1998 Safari won't pass smog. Check engine light came on and Code said it was Oxygen Sensor. Replaced it and light went out. Smog results come back as INCOMPLETE in OBD Catalyst, OBD Evap, OXY snsr heat, OBD Exhst Gas. Took it out and drove it for 120 miles and then tried smog test again with the same results. Any Suggestions? When we hook up the Code Checker, it reads "No Codes
