rear bumper customizing

I was looking through the pictures on this site and found the pics of astrojasons van and I love what he did with the rear bumper. Anyone know how to reach him? I looked at his profile and he has not been here in a few years but I would love to chat with him on the subject of his van. Mark
Recently bought a 1989 Astro RS from Florida. Replaced stock engine witha 1997 5.7 vortec with TBI and replaced transmission with rebuilt 700R4 with mild shift kit.
Bought on Monday the 16th of April 2012

that looks cool but I like the way astrojasons looks more. I may take his idea and add two exhaust cutouts and a license plate box.
