Your getting closer.Tan is the deal.Sure has looked pig rich for awhile.Are you dead on the timing??.LOL-that would suck,rich and retarded timing.

Yeah, I think I'm getting somewhere. Bad news is I was having some linkage issues and the 80E may have had the reverse/1st gear apply pin bend. I've been reading you can fix this by taking the pin out, MIGing about 2mm on it, cleaning it up a bit with a grinder and sticking it back in. I'm not seeing any clutch material in the fluid so I'm thinking I may give it a shot. Can't hurt to toss a filter in while I'm at it either, but that's all likely next year just because I want to do it in vehicle if possible, and doing that means that I want it to be warm out.
