I have a 1994 Safari 2 wheel drive with a 3 wire O2 sensor ahead of the Cat.
It's really in a ......... tough spot to get a wrench on.
I need to buy the sensor wrench, but which wrench?

Do I get the sensor socket with offset 3/8 drive, a long extension through the doghouse opening or the flex head sensor wrench and sacrifice a lot of knuckle skin wrenching from below.

anyone done this and remember what they used?

TIA.

There is a crow's foot socket you should be able to get at most auto parts stores and they cost about 9 bucks. Most O2 sensors threads because of heating and cooling over time needs some muscle to get them off.If the crossover is in poor condition just be careful not to break off the bug.

So you have done it by reaching the crows foot with an extension from above through the dog house opening (after the cover is off of course) ?
