Edelbrock Performer 2114 Intake Manifolds ?
This is for the 96+ vortec heads I am thinking about bolting the vortec heads this intake and a TBI adapter (I already have the adapter) onto a 95 stock 4.3 using the TBI and a chip. Just curious if anyone had done this yet?

I have exactly that list of parts but havent run them yet...$$$ says I may never get there... I would want to rebuild my vortec heads first.
I have run my 2111 with the TBI adapter plate for a while. It worked fine. I havent tried my 2114 yet.

One big difference with the newer heads is no egr pathway in the head, and no egr valve mount on the 2114 or 2111.
Depending on the style of accessory front bracket you have, you will find that there might not be anywhere to attach the steel bars that support the back of the steel horseshoe bracket and alternator.
I think aluminum front accesory brackets will work better but I havent looked that far yet.

Also, you will need to make or modify Mounts and locations for the brackets that hold a few items: Throttle linkage/cable, Coil, and the computer parts beside the tbi, etc.
I haven thought about an A/C in the mix at all. More complications to figure I'm sure.

I mention it because you will need to think about it, but it isnt that difficult to do.
As said if no A/C its easier, and Alum is easier than the steel front accesory bracket.
You just gotta make your own minor modification to the other brackets to re-attach them, no biggie.
