Flex Plate wobble and TC shudder

OK...
So I've got a rebuilt 4l60E behind a 5.7L. 1 Year after installing that, the torque converter went south. I replaced that and now 2 years later it is going bad again. While under the idling van, I noticed the flex plate wobbles. Its doesnt look normal. There is also a slow leak that I cannot fully locate; its either rear oil pain gasket or rear main seal. From what I can tell, there does not appear to be any trans oil leaking from the trans pump seal.
I am getting ready to replace the TC and flexplate and dont want to be surprised by anything. Any info would help.
