compare cam specs

could someone tell me spec on 200 4.3 vin "W" camshaft. I'm looking at uping the cam on my rebuild. 214 duration, int/ext lift 462. said to work well with factory vortec computer run engine. i'm told its a 2step up form factory specs. would very much like to confrim.

thanks for the info. i need to check on lift spec never seen I/E specs being the same. thanks again.
