TCCM's in the 99-05 vans? Hollander claims it is in the "Left kick panel" but all I can seem to find is a gagle of wires and the E-brake assembly. Also, what is the difference between the "green plug" and "orange plug" type TCCMs?

it is behind the drivers kick panel. It's a silver metal box. It's back there behind the e brake.
