I think I have the same problem. Did you have any of these symptoms? It was running rich, found vacuum leaks that seamed to fix the rich symptom but it still idles rough Runs good when its movin, but wants to die when I put it in Park or Neutral. Well I found out I have an aftermarket Cat when I went down to price a new one out... $300 installed. I replaced all the 02 sensors but still havent had any improvement in idle, it runs smoother when its movin. Have you scanned this for any codes??. You used Delco parts for the cap,rotor,wires and plugs,right??. Sure does sound like a vac leak.Did you spray the intake with carb cleaner to see if it is leaking???. Does it have A/C??.The vac control lines for that are prone to vac leaks. Well, finally got b...

Hello! Looks like a cool site! My beast of burden is a 99' Cargo, work/personal, w/ 140K. Not a lot of mods. Volant CAI to let it in and a Flowmaster to let it out. A little adjustment with a Jet Programmer and thats about it. Just another white cargo.
