She's a 2002 Explorer Limited edition AWD High Top. Explorer Vans has been fantastic about factory replacement parts -122k miles on the clock.

My intake gasket went 9-15-12, 122k miles and it's a 2002- Guys at Coulwood Tire in Charlotte did the Intake Gasket, water pump and a tune up ! Dex Cool sucks !

Heater Defroster doesn't get Hot
has anyone replaced a heater control valve yet ? My 2002 Astro doesn't get hot ?any ideas ? Radiator is full and water pump and Intake Gasket are brand new.

My Intake gasket just puked and I had to replace it so I had the water pump, Intake Gasket and tune up done. The guys at Coulwood Tire in Charlotte did a great job and right at 1000.00 bucks.

To remove speaker panel, Do you remove the door pull screws or just the one screw and clips ?

Thank you for the post and pics- I have to replace mine cause they're blown. My question is do the speaker panels come straight out after you remove the phillips head screw ?

Light replacement went well. I carefully removed the dash. unbolted, Unplugged the plugs and removed the AC unit. The lights were turn a quarter turn to remove and lights slid right out. Put everything back together.

My light behind the Fan section burned out. How do I replace that ? also does rear fan switch and rear wiper switch light up at night with dash lights?
