what do we need to do to get rear heat in 1999 it has rear A/C thanks for the help.

Hi,
Well , some items include extra extra valve and T fitting up front to connect into heater hose circuit.'
Long run of rubber hose under vehicle, drill hole thru floor
Rear heater radiator unit that is located under left side of 2nd bench seat.
Dash switch to select rear heat.
Etc.
The detailed diagram should be in full shop manual.
Lots of work.
Maybe better to get down jackets and comforter and wool blankets.

Best thing to do is hit auto salvage yards pick n pulls till you find a gen 2 van with rear heat and swap it into your van.
