Where is it located

On a 1994 Astro, where is the wire that must be unplugged to set the timing located? I have looked in many mentioned places but cannot locate.

coming off the wiring harness that plugs into the distributor there are 4 wires , one of them has a single plug separate that you can unplug. If you can't find it I can take a picture of mine and post it later. Right now its pouring out here.
