But, it's gonna be a fairly big project. 2 car garage (attached hopefully), with a guest room above it (bathroom w/shower). Of course there would be room for a small workshop for my welding setup. The problem is meeting the setback requirements, and getting approved for the variation....oh and the little chunk of change to make it. :dunce:
Sounds liek quite the setup, expensive but cool. What you could do for now is move your shed closer to the driveway :P or buy a simple tin shed and pop it up on the end of the driveway :P or my personal favourite ( did this for a few years myself) Take a non running m-van pull the motor trans and all fluids black out the windows and voila a giant stealth tool box :yawinkle:

I am thinking about building a little "shed" at the end of the driveway/against the house for the trash can on one side, and on the other side would be the welder, and compressor with a lock on the outside. I'll get some design pictures up maybe in a few days of the garage I'm thinking about. If anyone is interested.

Sorry to derail your thread like this.I really didn't mean to.In any case-you could buy a cheap shed from Lowes.

Look at:WWW.Lowes.com

I work there.

I actually did buy a shed from Lowes last fall, a Lifetime shed 8x12 I believe. It's a great shed, and a good size for me right now, especially once I sell some of the stuff out of there. I have to think about what I want to do with my setup, I don't want to have to do anything twice, but you know how these things go sometimes.
