How do I know if I have a posi or open rear? Any tags or numbers?

G80 is found in your RPO codes found in your glove box or on the passenger pillar for posi.

I have a G80 on the code sticker on the right side passenger door, so I guess it's a posi?

Yes that says you should have the "gov-loc" posi. (as long as the previous owner hasn't changed it out!)
