No, that's not cold.
You know it's cold out when you take a leak, and before your finished it's already frozen to the ground.
Now that's cold.

Wind chill warning posted by Environment Canada this morning;

Wind chill warnings issued in Saskatchewan, Manitoba
Last Updated: Sunday, January 4, 2009 | 10:44 AM ET Comments35Recommend20CBC News
A deep freeze has descended on much of central and southern Saskatchewan, along with most of southern Manitoba.

In Saskatoon, the temperature reached –40 C on Sunday morning, with the wind making it feel like –53.

People in Regina shivered as the temperature plunged to –36, while it felt like –52 with the wind chill.

Wind-chill warnings were in effect for all of south-central Saskatchewan to the Alberta border, and as far north as Meadow Lake.

Blizzard warnings were issued for Moose Jaw, Maple Creek, Shaunavon, Eastend and Cypress Hills.

Travel was not recommended for areas around Regina, Lloydminster and many parts of the southwest.

I love snow and the cold ... but I really dislike the heavy rain IF I have to be out and about. I cannot "hate" the rain since I live in Vancouver BC hahh a ... rainforest :p But right now all our wonderful snow is melting aawy from the raiin and 3C temps..
