here my question...i have a 1993 body that was equipped with a tbi motor and a 4l60e . the engine and trans i have is a 1990 305 tbi and a 700r4.will i be able to plug the 1990 ecm into the wiring harness of the 1993 ecm without rewiring ?

Put the 4L60E behind the 305 and most of the problems will be solved. This is almost the same swap I'm planning. I'm going to keep the CPI. I'm pretty sure the 4.3 ECM will run the 305. $\:D/$
