I like it! got a soft spot in my heart for the old V dubs, had a '68 beetle in my teens. I always thought the microbus campers were really cool. The germans always did great job of small efficient space design.
'89 Astro, 4.3L, TBI. Minor intake and exhaust mods. Rebuilt 700R4 trans (by me). Corvette servo, 0.5" boost valve, police grade 1-2 accumulator spring (shifts fast and solid). B&M stacked plate trans cooler. Bilstein shocks. Belltech sway bars front and back. New head unit, speakers and subwoofer. Needs paint and a new headliner.

Matt,the sedan 5 th wheel camper was available here in the early 5 th wheel years-it never took of-pickup trucks took over.

Wow, that 2nd video is awesome. What a mind-blower. And the Beetle still achieved 18-20 mpg's. WTF???? :yikes:
