Power Lock Issue

Post by Bigg G »

The power locks in my 03 Astro seem to not lock or unlock all doors when I press the power lock button and I'm wondering if anyone knows the correct procedure to reset the power locks so that all door locks lock & unlock togeather. I tried using the owners manual procedure and they do reset but for some reason they will not reset so that they all lock or unlock togeather.

You have to remove the door skins and clean and lube the lock mechanisms, that's all. No special procedure involved.

assuming the switch hasn't gone bad...
'89 Astro, 4.3L, TBI. Minor intake and exhaust mods. Rebuilt 700R4 trans (by me). Corvette servo, 0.5" boost valve, police grade 1-2 accumulator spring (shifts fast and solid). B&M stacked plate trans cooler. Bilstein shocks. Belltech sway bars front and back. New head unit, speakers and subwoofer. Needs paint and a new headliner.
