I removed my doors so that it would be easier to complete my lower fender mod, plus I wanted to re-do my inner fender inserts to make them perfect and I also wanted to fit new door pins and bushings because my old ones were worn. It also makes it easier to prep the door jambs and the door for paint.
A much smoother look.

lookin clean! my only concern would be "what if you ever need to remove your fenders or replace them?"

This was a 1 component spot putty, because at the time I needed a bondo that was very thin, thinner than 2 comp bondo because I only needed to correct some slight low spots. Was this wrong of me to use this 3M spot putty in large amounts? it was never laid on thick.
Next I wanna shoot some filler primer and block it down perfectly flat, like you posted at AS UK with the black mist coat over the top.

I avoid using 1comp products as they can be dissolved by the next layer you put on. IF I use putty, it is not on larger areas than the 10 by 10 mm, and really thin.
What brand of products do you use for the primer you have on now and the filler you going to shoot on?

I tried to make a "Paint" topic here too. But what ever I do, it will not upload my pics.
I make really small pics, but it´s "over quota". :-k
