Completely dig the graphics! Good score mate, now take her all apart & put her back together again just for the educational value!

THAT, is my 1990 Safari SLT. The ol' gal has about 378,000Km on it, and while the running gear is still good, the electrical and the Van in general has definately seen better days... Needed to replace it for business purposes...rlsllc wrote:Nice! What is that I see poking into the right side of the pic???

Yeah, that's one of the things that drew me to it.... I like the 'lines' down the sides.rubberdown wrote:Completely dig the graphics! Good score mate, now take her all apart & put her back together again just for the educational value!
As for takiing it apart, I want to explore more the AWD mechanics, as I do my own repairs. Being in a small city (20,000) means no one is in a hurry to fix things at our local repair shops...
And, while not a lot of bells and whistles, there is something to be said for not having to monitor all that fancy electrical stuff. My previous Van (the 90 Safari), had all kinds of electrical issues where the locks and windows were concerned.
